** For Panel presentation, everyone in the panel needs to register separately.

** For participating in market place i.e. place a booth at the venue (only organizations are allowed) during the event, registration needs to be done with company details.

Each of the following steps contains information that will guide you to register successfully.

Step 1: Find registration details (International & Local)

For Professionals:

International:

Online Registration: 1^st – 31^st October 2019 – 400 USD
On spot Registration – 22^nd – 24^th November 2019 – 400 USD (BDT 33,600)
LMIC’s Online Registration: 1^st – 31^st October 2019 – 250 USD
LMIC’s On spot Registration: 22^nd – 24^th November 2019 – 250 USD (BDT 21,000)

Local:

Online Registration: 1^st – 31^st October 2019 – 150 USD (BDT 12,600)
On spot registration: 22^nd – 24^th November 2019 – 150 USD (BDT 12,600)

For Students:

Local registration – 50 USD. (BDT 4,200)
International registration – 100 USD.

[In case of On Spot Registration, participants may receive souvenirs of the event based on availability]

Step 2: Know about the payment process

This conference receives wire transfer from international and local participants; additionally

Bangladeshi participants are allowed to make payment through banks.

You can pay online using debit and credit card via payment gateway.

Please make sure your payment amount complied with your registration category.

Step 3: Make payment, collect payment invoice

All international participants should submit the registration fees in USD.

Make payment according to your registration category following advised payment process. Please make sure you have transaction details (Bank name and address), transaction date and transaction number which are to be submitted during your registration process.

Step 4: Register

Once you provide the necessary information, you will receive a temporary registration confirmation email. After verifying your payment you will be provided with a registration confirmation and visa invitation letter (for International participants).
